Percy and Willie`s in Florence

First time I came here was a few years ago and had a terrible experience. However I went recently with family and even with the covid pandemic it was a fantastic experience. Food was great (very similar to California Dreaming). Our waitress was incredible and personable. Prices are what you would expect but completely reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

My sandwich was decent a little pricey for processed meat, cheese and bacon. I picked the mushroom as my side that were in a garlic sauce. It was tasty and the sandwich was large portions

Food was delicious my drink was tasty Impeccable dining experience the waitress was so great. I look forward to my next visit

General Manager Shawayne, Kitchen Manager Edmund and Waitress Latoya are on top of every detail! Place is very popular and busy but completely socially distanced. Food is consistently very good and healthy choices. I heard a customer tell the hostess last night that he drove 50 miles to eat there because he loves the restaurant. We were traveling from out of town but only ate there because it was so good.

Went to a special birthday dinner. So we had a big party around twenty people. We had two servers. One of the servers was good the other was lousy. We had to wait about thirty minutes just to get our check. In the future I prefer not attend a party at this restaurant. Food was ok nothing special.

No gloves when bring food to table. No gloves when cleaning off tables after clients leave. In our opinions that's not good. Otherwise, the food was great!

This place is phenomenal from the food to the customer service. The staff always greets you with a smile. I live over an hour away, but I still manage to eat here at least 2-3 times a month. Highly suggested.

Just a little FYI. The salads are NOT included...even though the menu clearly states the meal includes a salad and a side. Apparently management is working on a new menu and the old ones have not been updated, nor will the included salad be honored. Salads are an additional $3.99. Oh yeah, extra dressing is 25•Food was decent. Out of the 4 steaks that were ordered, only 1 was cooked at correct temperature, others were overcooked.It was a little warm in the restaurant and there were multiple flies flying around. Another patron slapped his arm rather loudly because he thought it was a bee, but it was just a fly.Server was good.

It was good. It's a knock off of California Dreaming. Salad not as good though. The marinated ribeye was very good. Alfredo not as much. It wasn't bad. Just lacked flavor. All in all a good option to change things up a bit.

Brianna is the best waitress we have ever had!!! Everyone needs to request her!!! She is so hilarious!!!!She is on point!!!

This is my favorite restaurant in Florence South Carolina and their Chef's ribeye will melt in your mouth and never needs any steak sauce

Take out order was horrible. The marinated ribeye was dry(well done) when I ordered medium well. The ribeye was no better. The Salad contained brown lettuce. I called to advise them of my issue I was placed on whole and no one ever returned to the line. I am truly disappointed.. This was not worth our $53.89.

We were at a Birthday party for a friend there tonight and the staff (esp. Luther) was friendly and funny and the BEST! The food was AWESOME and the atmosphere was great!! Highly recommended!!

Don’t miss out on the BEST STEAKHOUSE in Florence. Locally owned and operated and a fantastic spot for prime rib, steaks, baked and sweet potatoes and more. Very clean and tastefully decorated this place will not disappoint. A highly recommended dinner spot while in Florence area.

The food is always amazing.....fresh and hot. The employees are courteous, professional and knowledgeable in describing the menu items and daily specials. The very best prime rib sandwich I have ever eaten!!!! Just melts in your mouth!!!

Food was good. About 20 minutes wait before being seated. They forgot our side order of croissants and also forgot to re. I've them from the bill. Had to remind them to remove them. You don't want to be seated next to the kitchen. You are constantly hearing the person over the salads say "I need a runner".

The food was awlful to high price you have to pay extra for salad unlike what the menu said. it took one hour for our bill there total of 3 hours took 30 min for drinks never will I take anyone else there.

My wife has been ranting and razing about this restaurant in town. On our Friday night out she insisted we go together and I am happy I did. Upon arrival people were all around the entrance. I was afraid the wait would be too long. We decided to stay in the car for the first part of our 45 minute wait. We found out once we were inside, it was prom night. So, this was the place to be. Everything we ordered off the menu was good. My only regret was not ordering their most popular steak which my wife ordered.

Normally a wonderful experience. They must have been short on staff and maybe new help in the kitchen. It took us 30 minutes to place our order after we sat down. After our order we got some of our food an hour later. Food came out one plate at a time. There were 11 in our party. The lat plate came 30 minutes later. Food was great. Service not so great. Never had an experience like that before. We eat at Percy & Willie's half a dozen times a year. I will give them another chance. Its normally that good.

One of the best places we have ever dined at. Salad, baked potato and steak the best. Service was also fantastic.

Food was very good. Our server was very polite and professional. The only thing I was not happy with is that our meal was brought to our table and we had only maybe half our salad Eaton. Would have like our food after we finished our salad.

The food was delicious! The service was great! First time we've dined in any restaurant since pandemic. All staff were wearing facemask and taking all necessary precautions!👍

Everything was good and made right there. Chef salad delicious...home cut fries...breaded mushrooms...special sauces.., reasonably priced. Service was fantastic...go there

I just happened to be staying at the days inn and fortunately Percy & Willies was next door. I don't always leave reviews, but when something stands out, I feel obligated. The house special salad with the honey mustard dressing and hot bacon was outstanding. If I'm in town again, I will come back just for this salad. I also had the Aunt Betty chicken sandwich which was fresh and flavorful. The meat was made from real unprocessed chicken. I added the steak fries. I'm not always a fan of thicker fries, but these were still crispy. My guess is that everything on the menu is equally good.

Went to this restaurant while on vacation. Very good food. Only 4 stars because they kept mixing and messing up our orders. But we did have a party of 14 or 15. Great steaks!!!

Horrible experience. First, you can no longer get a salad as a side so you’re charged an extra $3.99. Second we ordered two steaks which were so burnt they were inedible. Kids meals came out last so that was an issue then it took forever for them to bring out ketchup after asking several different people for it. Will not be going back.

We stopped at this restaurant because our hotel was two doors down and we were too road weary to go elsewhere. We are very glad we did! The service was excellent and attentive, (thanks Eric) and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. We had salads: the house salad with honey mustard and hot bacon dressing - delicious! with the homemade chicken noodle soup- fabulous! and the grilled chicken salad with the same dressing. Marvelous meals. If we travel through Florence again, we will be sure to stop again. I hope next time to sample one of those delicious steaks I saw going by.

Mom and pop restaurant feel, friendly attentive service, great selection of drinks and food is amazing!

My family and I had dinner here a couple of nights ago. It was one of the best experiences dining out in quite while. Our server, Randi anticipated our needs before we even made them known. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. She made our evening.

Pasta was great, service was a little slow but overall a good experience.

We had salads for lunch and they were very good. Loved the zesty tomato dressing. The hostess and waitresses were extra friendly and attentive. Very pleased😊

First time in Florence and we had a great evening at Percy & Willies! The croissants were delicious, the honey butter was spot on and the croissants were just baked enough for our liking. Note: these are not baked to the dark golden brown you see and expect from the store or local bakery. We enjoyed the beer battered mushrooms before our meal too. The prime rib is a must have and the house dressing is very enjoyable. You may want to ask for the house dressing on the side if you like a mild level of dressing on your salad. Stop by and enjoy!

What a pleasant surprise. Recommended by our desk clerk at Country Inn and Suites. Their wood fired grill made my Chef's cut Ribeye absolutely delicious. (P.s. I never eat beef fat but the grilling made it irresistible.) And, who would think that a warm croissant drizzled with honey would add excitement to a salad! Hubby's Prime Rib was perfect as was his pasta side with marinara. Portions were exactly right, just enough of everything. We will definitely put this eatery on our list for a future trip. Only criticism, could have used a wet nap for our sticky fingers after attacking the croissant, or a heads up from our waitress. She was very attentive as was 'Ed'. See you next trip.

This was the only time, but our meal was horrible. The poor waitress was in tears because of people leaving and her trying make everyone happy. It took us over an hour to be served and then only 5 of 7 dinners were served. Our meal was comped, but owners need to get on the ball if this place will survive past Covid-19 crises. Kitchen staff sucked.

Definitely a good spot to visit. Ribs and sweet potato was delicious. Good service and the was ready in 5 minutes. Can't wait to get back to florence.

I travel with my job so I eat at a lot of places, I only eat my steaks cooked one way and that is Pittsburgh, I have had some cooked good and some not so much but I must say that the steak I had here at Percy & Willies was the best yet!!!! No sauce or seasoning needed. The service was great and my compliments to the chef!!!! ( all my waitress said is that they call him Shaq)

Food was amazing! Only flaw was the cloth booths. They were stained and dirty. I think they need to update seating to leather seats. They do have leather seating at tables, just not booths. Only complaint. Food and service was wonderful!

Food and drinks were blah. Expected better flavor but service was great.

Great(!!!) food. This is that fancy steak house that you say to yourself (I want a great steak but not from a chain restaurant). It even smells great from the target parking lot nextdoor

If you like spice and savory, the you should order the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I normally replace the chicken with shrimp. I do think its tacky that they ask you to pay $1.20 for extra parmesan topping.

Went with a party greater than 7, which included an 18% gratuity automatically, the waiters acted as if we were third class citizens! Had to nearly chase them out our seats to get their attention! Ordered 8 appetizer s and did not get plates for the table or napkins! Had to call them down for refills! Our original waiter abandoned us and another waiter ended up taking care of our table! Even received a sigh from the manager when we asked for napkins!! This was my first and definite last time going to this place!
